Refunds

We have non-refundable policy. We don't provide slow server hosting which makes your web looser. We always try to have better services. We don't refund any kind of your purchased account.

After Ordering

Stay close to your inbox after ordering us any plan. We will mail you in 2 hours. If you don't recieve our mail, Please contact us and complain about your order. We will take action as soon as.

Offshore Hosted Content

We allow to use nulled Scripts, warez linking, legal adult contents. But not allow to use their accounts for Email Spamming,Proxy Site, Rapid leech, audio/video hosting, torrent trackers and similar materials to be ran on your account we reserve the right to terminate you once reported by authorities or if found by ETechPk.

Unlimited

We offer unlimited space for your website. We don't provide hosting for personal or public uploading usage. We still look at your account and if you are having illegal data in your hosting disk. We will warn you one-two times and then your account will be suspend.

Usage of Files and Storage

We offer the disk space for websites, not for personal storage disk. We take care of your account and still watching to your space. If you are having illegal data which is not useful for website. It's not allowed and we will warn you one-two times and after it we have the right to suspend/terminate your account.

BackUps

We always take monthly backup of our websites related with us. We strongly recommend you that you take your backup and save it into your hard disk. We are not responsible for any wastage of Backup or hard disk failure.

For Reseller

We offer cheapest resellers web hosting plans, but we don't encourage your cheapest rates for web hosting. It's our responsibility to take care of our server. You are not allowed to sale any hosting package below than 10$ /year, Unlimited plan shouldn't be below than 20$ /year (2000 PKR/year). These all are due to maintain our server. If you don't obey our policy, You will be restrict to whm panel. Untill you do promise to follow our terms.

Price Change

We are offering the cheapest web hosting. We have right to change our prices at any time.
